Specializing in the personnel support for growing start-ups, established midsized companies, and the Fortune 500, Matt managed Monster.com’s enterprise clients in the Pacific Northwest, which garnered him professional contacts with countless HR leaders in the area and a true insider’s knowledge of the fluid, competitive recruiting business. Prior to Monster, Matt received invaluable experience and a true appreciation for the art of recruiting during a fun and productive five years with the wonderful folks @ Molly Brown Temps. Matt is passionate about his family, live music and the New York Giants.

Matt’s passion for technology and natural curiosity led him into the industry and he’s never looked back. Starting his career at another local firm, Matt has always focused his efforts on developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates. He has brought that with him to West500 partners and continues to provide customer oriented service with a people first mentality. A University of Washington graduate, Matt is an avid Husky Fan. In his spare time Matt enjoys traveling, recreational sports, and lazy sunny days.

jimAntonia Novak is a Pacific Northwest Native that started her recruiting career working in the Oil & Gas Industry before moving to the Information Technology sector in 1999. She has recruited globally for Fortune 100 companies, mid-sized organizations and most recently with start-ups matching talented individuals with innovative companies. Throughout her career, she has built and developed strong business relationships. She is an avid gardener and dog rescuer. “Saving one dog may not change the world but it will change the world for one dog. ”
