Specializing in the personnel support for growing start-ups, established midsized companies, and the Fortune 500, Matt managed Monster.com’s enterprise clients in the Pacific Northwest, which garnered him professional contacts with countless HR leaders in the area and a true insider’s knowledge of the fluid, competitive recruiting business. Prior to Monster, Matt received invaluable experience and a true appreciation for the art of recruiting during a fun and productive five years with the wonderful folks @ Molly Brown Temps. When not working diligently to bring great people and companies together, Matt loves spending time with his family and seeing as much live music as he can.

In his spare time Brian enjoys spending time at the gym and playing with his three dogs.

jimAntonia Novak is a Pacific Northwest Native that started her recruiting career working in the Oil & Gas Industry before moving to the Information Technology sector in 1999. She has recruited globally for Fortune 100 companies, mid-sized organizations and most recently with start-ups matching talented individuals with innovative companies. Throughout her career, she has built and developed strong business relationships. She is an avid gardener and dog rescuer. “Saving one dog may not change the world but it will change the world for one dog. ”

Sara CannonSara Cannon Sara Cannon brings her professional experience as a counselor and board-certified music therapist to the field of recruiting through an emphasis on effective communication and growing authentic relationships. Sara earned her Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational psychology from Seattle Pacific University, where she gained strong theory, research, and consulting skills that inform her work as a recruiter. In addition to her work with West500 Partners, Sara is a consultant for a start-up called Humm.ly, an app that provides music and wellness content grounded in principles from the field of music therapy. Sara is a classically trained vocalist, and currently sings with the Seattle Choral Company. In addition to choir, Sara volunteers with the American Music Therapy Association, contributing organizational development and research expertise for furthering the growth, development, and advocacy of the music therapy profession. e-Mail Sara

 

Seth SigelSeth Sigel, Strategic Advisor to West500, brings more than 20 years of recruiting and resource-management experience to the firm, as well as an earned reputation based on fairness, transparency, and customer service. He believes in building close personal relationships with clients and consultants. Earlier in his career, Seth served as ADP’s district manager, and then helped guide the dramatic growth of Monster.com before opening the successful technical consultancy, The Tyken Group. He holds a BA from the University of Connecticut, where he was named most outstanding student leader in 1993, and currently lives with his wife and 2 children in beautiful Woodinville, Washington.  e-Mail Seth
