Matt Joelson is the founder of West500 and lives in Seattle, WA. With more than 15 years of recruiting experience, Matt’s success and reputation are based on long-term relationships, ceaseless productivity, and solid ethics. Specializing in the personnel support for growing start-ups, established midsized companies, and the Fortune 500, Matt managed Monster.com’s enterprise clients in the Pacific Northwest, which garnered him professional contacts with countless HR leaders in the area and a true insider’s knowledge of the fluid, competitive recruiting business. Prior to Monster, Matt received invaluable experience and a true appreciation for the art of recruiting during a fun and productive five years with the wonderful folks @ Molly Brown Temps. Seth Sigel, Strategic Advisor to West500, brings more than 20 years of recruiting and resource-management experience to the firm, as well as an earned reputation based on fairness, transparency, and customer service. He believes in building close personal relationships with clients and consultants. Earlier in his career, Seth served as ADP’s district manager, and then helped guide the dramatic growth of Monster.com before opening the successful technical consultancy, The Tyken Group. He holds a BA from the University of Connecticut, where he was named most outstanding student leader in 1993, and currently lives with his wife and 2 children in beautiful Woodinville, Washington. e-Mail Seth
Ed Nau, a Principal Recruiter, with West500 Partners, has a long history in the Seattle market helping some of our greatest companies find the talent they need to thrive. He is a seasoned technology recruiting leader with vast knowledge across both software and hardware verticals. His passion & focus directly helps engineering leaders who are modernizing infrastructure and services for scalability and elasticity via CI/CD automation best practices developing high performance services to fuel business growth. He enjoys building mutually productive relationships with both clients and candidates and is always willing to help when someone is transitioning in their career. Outside of recruiting, Ed loves spending time with his wife and three kids exploring the outdoors or watching his littles compete in sports. Kipp Roll, a Technical Sourcer for West500, is a Capitol Hill resident originally from Daytona Beach, Florida. After graduating with a BA in Journalism from Florida Southern College, he spent 3 years traveling the world teaching ESL to young learners, college students, and business professionals in Japan, Poland, and Ecuador. Experienced in global public interaction and driven by his desire to support and motivate others, he returned stateside and decided to pursue a career in recruiting. Since then he’s developed a genuine passion for helping talented individuals pursue amazing opportunities.

Rob Wheeler,I am a Washington Native raised in the small town of Forks, and have been working with several startups around the Seattle area for the last 8 years. With a background in sales I built a love of conversation, building relationships, getting to know what people are looking get out of this crazy thing called life. I got to into recruiting to reach people on a more meaningful level, and help them find the next big step for their career.
